THE 4-STEP PROCESS
Step 1 — Quick triage (2–3 mins)
Tell us what happened, confirm you’re not at fault and fully insured. We’ll advise the best route immediately.
Step 2 — Recovery & like-for-like hire
If your vehicle isn’t driveable, we’ll recover it. We arrange a like-for-like replacement vehicle—typically within ~24 hours across Scotland.
Step 3 — Quality repairs
Repairs are completed at our trusted partner bodyshop. All paintwork comes with a 3-year guarantee.
Step 4 — We deal with insurers
We handle the admin, the calls and recover our costs from the at-fault insurer. You don’t pay an excess and your no-claims stays intact.
Most drivers are in a replacement car within a day; repair timelines depend on parts availability, but we keep you updated throughout.
